SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
We are looking for a social media manager to join our team. If you're excited to be part of a growing team and have a drive, creative intuition, and a desire to grow, Fox & Hound could be the perfect place and opportunity you have been looking for.
Responsibilities:
Ability to create and design various materials for primarily Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and eventually, Tik Tok.
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
Maintain creative direction for clients as well as brand guidelines.
Prioritize and manage multiple clients
Work with various design apps, such as Canva, and some Adobe capacity preferred.
Have good writing and communication skills
Qualifications:
No degree is required. There are a lot of people with talent and experience who have thrown themselves at understanding the social media world. If you have a drive, good design sense, and the ability to communicate well, even without years of experience, that could work for us.
Experience wins. This is where running your cousin's social media account for six months may have come in handy, but we're hoping it doesn't stop there. We are hoping for someone with a broad scope of skill who is driven to excel in everything they put their hands on.
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, and typography is needed.
An excellent understanding of most social media platforms would be a great advantage.
Knowledge of graphic design software and apps (helpful)
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects (helpful)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent eye for detail

WEB & GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
Establish creative direction for clients as well as brand guidelines.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Work with a range of media and use Adobe graphic design software
Qualifications:
No degree requirement. Sure it's an advantage to have a Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field; however, we have seen far too much talent from those who have thrown themselves at design just for the love of it. And if your work reflects that, that works for us.
Experience is required. We are especially looking for someone with experience beyond having made a college portfolio or having designed a logo for a family member’s new boutique that one time. That is valid experience; however, it won't cut it for this position. We need to see a wide scope of skill. While you might be a fit for one area or another, we are looking for someone with a good range of experience rather than individuals who have placed all their eggs in a single basket.
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web is needed.
Familiarity with Squarespace and Shopify platforms would be a great advantage.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (required)
Knowledge of Adobe Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software and apps. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or video editing (all helpful, not required)
